For orders placed, confirmed, and received during the specified business hours, the usual procedure involves processing and dispatch within 72 hours after confirmation. (Processing time for orders made after the cutoff time, outside business hours, on weekends, and during holidays will commence on the subsequent business day).

Unfortunately, choosing a color from a pre-assortment is not an option. Each style is sold and dispatched with either a single color or all colors included, as specified in the individual item details. Color reference images for each variation are provided in the details. Regrettably, we do not provide the option to separate individual colors from the factory production pre-assortment. There is no breakdown or remixing of pre-assorted colors for clients.
