Returns and Exchanges Policy

To facilitate returns or exchanges, clients must initiate and dispatch the items back to us within 10 business days of receiving our package. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

For sunglasses, the return must include the original poly bag, a quantity of 12 pieces, and the dozen box packaging. Upon confirmation of the return at our warehouse facility, we will either resend the desired exchange merchandise or process the return as a refund based on the original invoice cost.

Please note that shipping costs for returned items will not be refunded, except for production defects or damage during shipping. There will also be a 15% re-stocking fee for all items that are returned that are not defective.

In cases of production defects or damage during transit, contact us via email or our call us for a resolution. We will request images of the defective or damaged item for reference. Generally, exchanges or returns will be processed within 5 business days after receiving the package.
